Yucca Pod

Today was a quiet day - I stayed home and did some of the necessary but tedious chores. So to fulfill my photo a day requirement I decided to take a walk on our property. We have great views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and a lot of wide open space. Trying to find things to photograph proved challenging. Since it is winter and cold and there is still a little snow on the ground I pretty much only had dead plants to chose from. Luckily a yucca plant provided me with this great pod to take pictures of.
