This small yellow flower came up in the yard all by itself. I guess I mean it was the only one of its kind - Thomas must have planted it along with other stuff - but it is the only sunflower looking flower in the yard. Sunflower, right?
We've got hundreds of them along the roads up here, but they haven't started blooming yet.
The kids and I planted some Mammoth Sunflowers for fun. They are only about 16" tall. I wonder how tall they'll get when grown. I can't wait for those big heads packed full of seeds!
